EA To Be Sold for $55 Billion
Electronic Arts has agreed to a $55 billion acquisition by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, Jared Kushner’s Affinity Partners, and Silver Lake. The deal, valued at $210 per share, marks one of the biggest buyouts in gaming history.
