A throwback to old-school Runescape for MMORPG fans and a trip through space for all those who want to drive spaceships around the galaxy, you can pick up your spacesuit and get ready for galactic warfare in our two featured reviews:

Ember Sword is a cross-platform MMORPG with graphics reminiscent of old-school Runescape, Minecraft, and Roblox. While appealing to fans of those styles, it may not attract players seeking modern, high-end visuals. The sound effects are well-made, but the calming background soundtrack doesn't enhance excitement. The game can be confusing for new players due to the lack of a tutorial and questing system, requiring players to figure out the gameplay over time. Combat mechanics are solid but need more visual effects for better immersion.

Star Atlas offers an expansive world with various activities, though many are unavailable due to its alpha status. The graphics, using Unreal Engine 5, are exceptionally well-designed, and the audio design is immersive with fitting sound effects. While solo exploration is stunning, other modes like Surge and racing are only available during organized events. Overall, Star Atlas deserves a 7.5/10 for its strong foundation and engaging activities, though the infrequent event availability limits its current purpose.
